Jean said she was satisfied with the work, it was ready earlier than promised, and the estimator was very good. Jean was called with an estimate of when they thought it would be ready, she got a follow-up call when it was 90 per cent ready, and then she got another call telling her when she could pick it up. That was very unusual, and it was very good customer service. Usually she hasn't heard until she calls a repair shop herself, and then they tell her it's been ready for 2 days. The business she would have usually used couldn't get her in for 11 days, and this business was on the Hartford Insurance preferred list. She'd certainly recommend them, she was very happy with them, and she'd use this business again.
