Misleading and Unethical
This place has misleading and unethical practices. Went in two times for a particular vehicle. From the beginning they used common auto dealer scams to try to get over on me. The advertised price online looked great until they added over $4,000 in fees to the out the door price. This is known in the car industry as "packing the contract". I agreed to terms on a price on the first visit, but went home to do some more homework. I got a pre-approval through a local credit union and set up another appointment. I attempted to re-negotiate the deal in person. They told me in person that they would not budge so I left. As I get on the freeway due to a family emergency, a salesman calls me with a deal much closer to the price that I wanted PRIOR TO LEAVING. He proceeds to act as though he felt bad that I left and verbally tells me an out the door price on the phone as I am driving. We negotiated a price and I told him that we have a deal. I told him I would come back after taking care of the emergency and that I would call my credit union. The salesman then calls me back saying that someone is on their way to look at the same vehicle and asks if I would like to put a deposit down. I refused because I did not feel comfortable doing this over the phone as I was just there in person to make the deal. I call back and all of the sudden the car is sold. These guys are time wasters and don't care about customers. They only care about making profit. BUYERS BEWARE! You have been warned.
