Glenn said this business did a bunch of work that was denied by his insurance. He said there was another problem which he took it in for and they used after market parts but charged him full price. He said according to the Range Rover dealership, the warranty would have covered the parts had they not used after market parts. He is calling them in the next day or so. He said they used after market parts but did not recalibrate them. He is not a happy camper. They thought he had a cracked engine block but they said they did not have room so he took it to the Range Rover dealership. They told him it was not a cracked engine block, so this business misdiagnosed his vehicle. At this time he wants his money back.

Sorry you feel we didn't look over your vehicle enough. Vehicle was in a bad accident and who ever did the repairs botched up wiring to vehicle. We felt vehicle should go back to where it was repaired first.

James said as soon as he picked up his vehicle from the business, it broke down. He said he was able to fix it himself but it seemed they sabotaged the vehicle. He stated he would not recommend them.

Sorry to hear you broke down when you picked up your vehicle. Although we just repaired a suspension airbag, if you would have reached out to us we would have helped you correct the situation.

Chris said he was selling a vehicle and took it to this business because the light on the dashboard indicatated the tailgate was open. He could not open the door, so he contacted this business. They told him they would check his vehicle for free. They told him a cable in the vehicle runs from the front to the back and it often breaks. His cable was good but they wanted to replace it anyways. They quoted him $300 then $850. Finally, he was quoted $1,800. They replaced two door handles that did not need to be replaced. They changed the promise of time many times. He ended up getting the vehicle back a week and a half later. They had good attitudes. If they would have checked things out before stating a quote, it would have been helpful. It turned out, that the modulator motor was no good. He stated he felt they should have checked that first. They called him and said the vehicle was ready, then called back and said there was bad news. They had gotten the back doors to open 3 times and the third time, it got stuck. Sam, an employee at this business told him it took many hours to work on this vehicle. He stated he felt if they started in the right place first, instead of having an inexperienced mechanic working in his vehicle then there would not have been a delay. Also, it would not have prolonged the vehicle he was selling. At one point, they told him the vehicle was not ready, when it was not. This business inconvenienced him and he will never go back to this business, nor recommend them for service. They ended up charging him $330 for a battery, that should have been $211.

Excellent service
The folks at Cowtown Rover are the best. I called them to let them know I was having a battery issue and they told me to come right over. Once they got to looking at it it was not my battery but something that was draining my battery. They were able to get the part ordered and delivered and installed within several hours and all while having several employees out on an extremely busy Monday. Debbie Josh and Sam are great at what they do while delivering excellent customer service.

Great service
Was tired of taking my car to the dealer and racking up major bills. I found Cowtown Rover. They are honest and are reasonably priced.
Love that they will drive me home and after my car is ready will bring the car to me if I cannot get to them.
I recommend them to all those who have Range and Landrovers!
