Qouhonna said she was not satisfied with her overall experience because there was not good communication and it took a long time to get her vehicle back. However, she was satisfied with the quality of the repair and they fixed the vehicle right. Her vehicle was not ready when promised. It took one month to get the vehicle back and there was poor communication. She had to call to get updated and she had to call the insurance company. It was not a correct estimate. There was more work that had to be done. She was not satisfied with the communication and she had to call. She was not satisfied with their communication because she had to call. She would have appreciated better communication.

Spoke with Norma. She said she had to wait over a month for her vehicle to be repaired due to missing parts, short staffing issues, and insurance delays. She was not kept informed during these delays and every time she called for updates she was given different excuses. She had to escalate the situation with the manager to get the repair work started. One of the delays was caused by the insurance company but if she had known this she would have contacted them to speed things up. She does not recall how late it was. She said before talking to the manager the communication was not satisfactory, but after speaking to the manager the communication with the business improved.

Chiragkumar said every time he called this business to check on the status of his vehicle, the employee he was working with would tell him he would call back in five minutes, but he never called back. He had to reach out to the manager to get everything worked out. Due to the reasons stated above, he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process, he was not satisfied with their communication and he would not recommend this facility.

Robert said the staff is nice, this business has a nice lounge area, they were very helpful, and Tyler was very good. His fender isn't aligned right to the hood, the pin tripping is kind of overlapping, and it's bubbling up. His vehicle was delayed 2 days, but he doesn't know what caused the delay.

Doris said this business is proactive. They had her continue driving her vehicle until the parts came in to complete the repairs, which was about 2 weeks. When she dropped off her vehicle they gave her a promise date of a week, and they met it. She did not get updates during the repairs but they only had her vehicle for 4 days. She chose this business because they had the certified parts for her vehicle.

Not as good as all these reviews.
Still have not picked up my vehicle as it is not done. Reason being I was not happy with the results. Even after the extra two weeks they supposedly spent on it over the estimated month. Yes, I understand it was an estimated month. I could understand two, three days even a week more, but we are now on our third week. We have been lied to throughout the process by constant promises of when the car would be done. They finally "say" it is done, and there is an issue with the clear coat. It is rough feeling. They told my wife today it was done, and that it was just tree sap on the car. First, tree sap is sticky, and what I felt on the car was not sticky. Second, you can see tree sap on a vehicle. This could not be seen, only felt. Third, if you have a vehicle with a fresh paint job why would you park it under a tree for tree sap to get on it? However, it isn't tree sap anyways. I don't believe they ever buffed the car. On top of all that the headlights and tail lights look as though they've had fluid sitting in them as there are what I would call/best describe as a "water line". I know the headlights weren't in good shape when we took it there. Some happiness and scratches, but this has happened while in their care. They are claiming they didn't do it, but the pictures they took of the car at first arrival will prove that they did something to them. They do not seem to be a very honest, forthright business. I guess this is the reason why they are no longer a preferred collision center by my insurance company. Leaves me wondering how they ever became a certified collision repair center for BMW.
