Justin said he was satisfied with his overall experience and the person that was assigned to him communicated very well. The text messaging system does not work. It did not make sense. Someone needs to look into the text messaging system. They did a great job on his vehicle.

Michael said this business did the work they were supposed to do. They had to change the delivery a few times. First they told him the repair would take three weeks, then one month and then two months. These delays were caused by the insurance company. Their software always kept him up to date.

Eric said he was satisfied with everything that this business did, but he feels like they could of been a little quicker with the repairs. There was a week delay for his vehicle, because they found additional damage to his vehicle. He chose this facility because he wanted to go to a dealership and not a body shop because he felt like they would do a better job.

Juan said they took a very long time and they didn't communicate well. His vehicle was 4 or 5 days late because they were slow. He was not kept informed because he did not receive any phone calls. They were not professional at communicating the processes and steps involved. He is unsure if he's satisfied with the estimate because even though the man was nice, it took a long time. He suggests this facility be prompt and communicate better.

Wendy said she has noticed the welding is starting to buckle and pull apart. The repair does not look really smooth like it did at first and the repair is now evident. It took longer than promised. She needed the rental vehicle two extra days. There was issues in the paint shop. She said she had to call the business for information. She had no contact with the business.

Michale said the repair from the business was a good job but they took 3 times longer than expected. They told him his vehicle would be finished in a week but they had it for longer than 3 weeks due to the wrong parts coming in. The nose on the vehicle does not match the original nose that was on his vehicle. The part they used was a 2016 and not a 2014. They were very apologetic.

Lynne said she was not given a reason for the delay. The vehicle was four days late. She was kept informed during the process except at the very end. She said overall if it was a good experience. The claim was handled by the insurance company and she did not see the estimate.

Ariel said it took way too long to fix his vehicle. They broke the key, so they had to bring the vehicle to another dealership to fix it and that it took a month and half later. He said being kept informed was like a bouncing ball and he had to go to the business himself and was insulted by the manager. When he pulled the vehicle out of the lot the windshield was cracked and they blamed it on him. He just got a new one in November and he had document of that. He is a traveling musician and they pretty much threatened him that he had to pick up his vehicle or they were going to charge a storage fee.

Jessica said there are two scratches on her vehicle that she knows were not there before. She has to go back to this business because there was miscommunication on a part that was supposed to be put on her vehicle and they only replaced the back windshield wiper not the whole windshield wiper itself. She mentioned that her vehicle was returned to her dirty as well.
