Gabrielle said the repairs took an extremely long time, there had not been a promise date. She called them twice, and they called her once during the time, they had her vehicle. She wished they had contacted her more, while they had her vehicle. She would recommend them because they did a really good job on vehicle, but the communication, and time was not very good.

Brittany said at first they were a little hard to work with, and they were not very friendly. She stated at first, she was feeling insecure, and uneasy. It got better during the process, it just took a very long time. Her vehicle was delayed about 2 and a half weeks. They had received different parts, than the ones that were ordered. Then they had to be reordered. One of their employees was out sick. She was not kept well informed during the repair. She had to make most of the contact with them. She was unsure about the communication, because she had to keep calling them to find out if her vehicle was ready. She mentioned she would use this business again, because her vehicle looks brand new.

Mark said he had several issues. The repair was poor quality, and they took 14 weeks to repair his vehicle, when they promised it in 10 weeks. The headlights were not installed properly, They did not put the tires on correctly, and the vehicle was dirty inside, and out. He was given a 10 week deadline, but it took 14 weeks to complete the repairs. The personnel kept giving him bogus reasons for the delays that went from one week to another. He repeatedly called them for updates and they never took the initiative to call him first. They did not communicate with him at all. Therefore, he continually called them for new deadlines, that they could not meet. He still has to return to the facility to get more things repaired correctly.

Elaine said she's happy with the repair and everything they did. Yet, it took a long time. The delay was at least a week longer, but it's not all this business fault, and a part of it was with the insurance. She called this business frequently. However, she has no complaints and it's fine.

Chris said when he dropped off his vehicle, he got the impression, they would have repairs completed in 3 to 4 days. However, the repairs took a week due to finding additional damage, and a parts delay. He is not satisfied with their communication, nor the way they kept him informed. He would receive text messages, but there was a long delay between them, and he had to call them. When he did call, he would be transferred to about 3 different people, before he getting the person. He chose them because they are the only Audi repair facility in town.

Shirley said she would have liked to have been kept better informed during the repair. The repair was promised to be completed on a certain day, but was changed a few times.Tthe promise time was not kept. The vehicle was completed several days later than it had been promised. The vehicle had to be taken to the dealership, and it remained there longer than what had been expected. There was also a delay caused by the weather. She said when she expected to be called back by the facility all of the calls were not returned. The estimate was done through her insurance company, so she was not involved with it.

Jeffery said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because a plastic insert was missing. The repairs were delayed because this business found additional damage during repair and a parts delay. The repairs were delayed by 3 weeks. He could not get this business to return his calls. The additional damage double the cost of the repair.

Janet said she was not happy with this business and the time it took for them to complete the repair on her vehicle. She was unsure about the quality of the repair because she has only had her vehicle back for 2 days. It took this business 5 months to complete the repair and it was actually over 30 days past the promise date. They had to go back to the insurance company twice to get the remainder of the work approved that had been missed the first time. She had to constantly contact them because they did not keep her informed at all during the process. The person that had prepared the estimate had missed over $20,000 of work that needed to be done. She was not happy with their communication at all, because she always had to contact them. She stated she had to recommend this business for service, even though their customer service was terrible, because they are the only certified Audi repair facility in her area.

Justin said this business is good but they take forever to complete the repairs and he had to stay on top of them to get the vehicle finished. He is unsure if his vehicle was ready when promised because he was not given a promise time by this business. He had to contact this business in order to get an update on the repair process and when the vehicle would be finished. He said this business is lacking communication and needs to work on this. He mentioned this business has done good work for him in the past and Tyler was terrific.
