Larry said the quality of work at this business is good, and this is his third experience with them. However, they are not very good at communicating or managing expectations. On this visit, they actually did not complete the service, and that required him to return to them with his vehicle and follow up with a couple of other people to get his vehicle fixed. His vehicle was delayed one day, but it was not completed, and it had taken a couple more days to sort that out. He stated that he thought the estimate was accurate, which is why he was surprised when they did not complete all of the service as covered in the estimate. All of the employees were nice. He will probably not recommend them, but he will go back to them. There are not a lot of options for him to receive service and their work is good.

Snigdha said it took about three weeks to get some parts for the vehicle. She had a rental and but it takes time getting used to another vehicle. Everything else was perfect. The work was excellent. The staff was nice and professional.

Juan said this business was rude. He dropped his vehicle off and was told it would take 5 days to complete, but it took a month and one week due to a parts delay. He was also not satisfied with the estimate for this reason. During that time he was not contacted by the business, he called them multiple times and left messages requesting to be called back by management but no one ever returned his calls.

Andrew said the staff members at this business do excellent work. They do an awesome job and everything has been perfectly fine with his vehicle. The only area of improvement he feels they could improve on was their communication. They failed to keep him updated with all that was going on. When his vehicle would be completed and the progress of the repairs. He had to call them every week to keep updated with the progress of the repairs. He originally anticipated his vehicle being completed within a month, however they took a month and a half due to the holidays. The staff members who worked with him do an awesome and wonderful job. He would recommend them most definitely to others.

Kella said this business kept her vehicle for 3 months but they promised it would be ready in 6-8 weeks. They told her the delay was because of parts. She was not kept informed because she had to call them to find out the status of the repair and they never communicated with her. She would not recommend this facility because of the delay and they did not do the alignment that was needed. Her vehicle had to be sent to another facility so the alignment could be done.

Burnus said the repair took a long time for the type of repair it was. He was told the vehicle would be ready on Friday but when he went to pick it up, it still needed a wheel alignment. His vehicle was ready Monday but he could not find where it was parked and had to go find the manager which took 20 minutes of his time. Taylor was a little rough around the edges.

James said his overall experience was less than ideal, but better than worse. The vehicle work was not completed until a few days after he was first promised it would be, and part of this was because he went out of town for a while. He said he was not kept informed, and had to contact the business for an update. He was unsure of the communication because there really was not any. He had a hard time getting the attention of the employee near the entrance. He asked this business to polish his vehicle, and he cannot be one hundred percent sure they did this.
