Sharon said this business took from the 6th of February to the 28th of February and the delay was over parts. When her vehicle was towed to this business, her name was written down wrong. When she called them and they asked for her name, they told her that her vehicle was not there. When she finally came in to physically look for her vehicle, they told her to park in one lot and then waited. They took forever to help her in the end. Ryan was good and explained to her what had happened. She would also like to thank the employee that opened the garage door for them so that her husband whom is in a wheel chair, did not have to get out of the vehicle for a third time. The service the vehicle received was ok.
