Martin stated he has a $100,000 BMW and the dealership told him to go to this business for body work. He said it's because this business is a conglomerate that bought out lots of other businesses like his BMW dealer. The conglomerate should not use a Cadillac facility to paint BMWs because the level of detail just isn't there. They did not get the paint work right the first time so the vehicle had to be redone. He commented he didn't know all this about the business beforehand. According to Martin, a business should not be a jack-of-all-trades and master of none. The work should have taken a maximum of four days, but took three weeks. Martin drove 70 miles one way to pick up his vehicle during the daytime. The next night he realized the business broke his headlights, which cost about $1,500 each and have very intricate functions. The vehicle then had to go back to the business, and they took it to the BMW dealership, which took over two more weeks. He stated he was satisfied with the quality of the repair because ultimately they made it right, and he considers his vehicle ready when promised because it was in the end. He would recommend this business with caution. They gave him a good loaner vehicle and in the end did good work overall. The manager was apologetic and admitted things were their fault.
