Deborah stated that the vehicle needed to be taken back three times. Before she left the business, Keith, the employee that assisted her, had to buff spots of the vehicle. She took the vehicle back to have a piece of plastic removed from the front seat, a heavy film removed from the windows and the back windshield dash repaired. She mentioned that Keith was a great help. He fought with the insurance company on her behalf and made sure she left satisfied.
