Rusty wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair because the business ordered a wrong part and the hood was damaged during the repair. He mentioned the vehicle was delayed 4 weeks but he wasn't given a reason for the delay. The business failed to communicate with him during the repair process. In addition, the personnel seemed stressed and at times was very rude. Also, there wasn't any communication with the business. Due to this experience Rusty wouldn't recommend the business to others.

Rusty as you know we ordered the parts from your VIN and should have received the correct part. I am also sure that you know that the part was on back order from the manufacture. We do appologize for the added stress that you endured as well as our staff. Parts can cause major issues for any repair process!
