Elisa said that her vehicle was about two weeks late for reasons that were not explained to her. She was not kept informed during the repair process for reasons they did not give her. It was very frustrating because she was receiving phone calls from the rental and insurance company and she couldn't give them any information. This business didn't even return her calls. When she first brought her vehicle in she asked for a second repair to be done and when she received her vehicle and the total bill at the end, the repair wasn't done and the bill was higher than estimated. The bill was not itemized so there was some confusion about what the extra charges were for when they didn't do the second repair she had asked them to do, so she was not completely satisfied with the communication between her and this business. She stated that there was a change holder in her vehicle but it was missing when she picked it up. She would not recommend this facility to others because of this experience.

Elisa, I reviewed your file and found out that the reason for the delays were due to additional damages were found that were not documented by your Insurance company. The reason you did not have an itemized bill was again your insurance company did not and still has not given us their final estimate. The second repair was not performed due to time constraints on your rental car allowance. I am looking into your change holder at this time.
