Kristen said she had to bring her vehicle back in 3 or 4 times to get completed because the person that was working on their vehicle quit and didn't do the best job. She noted her vehicle was about 7 days late because of the employee quitting.

Kristen, I am very sorry for the issues that you had at our collision center. I was disappointed with the qaulity of the repairs due to the employee quitting.
