Dan said Stephanie is not good at returning phone calls and she didn't get the job done when she promised. The repairs were supposed to take 2 days, but he ended up waiting 1 week. They told him they would order the vehicle part beforehand so when he arrived the part would already be there but they failed to inform him that they did not receive the part yet. He would have like a heads up or some sort of notice. If he would have known, he could have brought his vehicle in another day. He called this business several times a day and never received a call back. The boss was a very nice guy and he really tried to make it right. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated because he tried to express his frustrations about the promised time and Stephanie told him it takes what it takes. He was not satisfied with the shops communication because they did not communicate with him at all. He would not recommend this business to others for the reasons mentioned.
