Chandra said this was the worst customer experience she has ever had with any business. She called and left messages and no one would call her for days. She said they had her vehicle for 20 days and then she had to bring the vehicle back. There was a piece missing on the end cap on the window which left a piece of sharp metal sticking out and could have hurt her 5 year old child. She stated that her vehicle was 2 hours and 15 minutes late when she brought the vehicle back with no explanation. For these reasons she would not recommend this business for service. Lastly she said Stephanie was nice.
