Was very thankful Hyundai honored a warranty repair even though I was over warranty mileage. I appreciated it and that will go a long way when i am looking for my next new car

Great Customer Service and I appreciated them lending me a rental car free of no charge while my car was being serviced. I had to be at another appointment and was able to drop my car off and bring it back.

The dealer could have suggested additional repairs and when I turned down one suggested item, I was not given a hard time. Prices seemed to be reasonable for the service I received.

"Quick and friendly maintenance"
A prompt greeting and check-in from very friendly service adviser was very much appreciated. Maintenance service was performed very timely, and my additional request regarding a specific TSB on my vehicle was handled exactly as I expected (That's good, I had high expectations). Part had to be ordered which was also expected as it is not a "fast moving" part. Next visit to complete the TSB work is already scheduled and I'm confident the complete repair will be handled properly with this next visit.

DAVID, OUR SERVICE PROVIDER, KEPT ME UPDATED EVERY TIME HE COULD WHILE I CHASED MY TWO YEAR OLD AROUND THE DEALERSHIP. SEVERAL EMPLOYEES GAVE MY SON COLORING BOOKS AND MARKS TO DRAW. THEY WERE EXTREMELY ACCOMIDATING AND I’LL DEFINITLEY BE BACK

I love that I always receive quality service on my car at Crestmont Hyundai. They have friendly and experienced staff that explain in detail what services you need prior to working on your vehicle, and then they follow-up with what services were performed during your visit.
