Vinny said he went in to have his brakes fixed and received a quote of about $200. While this work was being done the employees found a different issue that they decided to fix for him. Once completed, he noticed the overall price seemed too high considering all of the work done. His brakes work fine now, but he still feels like he needs to stomp on them in order to stop his vehicle. The employees were great and did a good job overall.

Vinny, thank you for the review, we appreciate the feedback.
The problem we fixed wasn't anything different, it was just a deeper issue with your brakes than what you asked for an estimate on over the phone, before we had looked at the car. The quote given was for what yu asked about- brake pads, rotors, and labor, not for the extra parts and work that was needed once you brought the car in to be looked at.

I appologize if something was wrong with your vehicle after we completed the work. The noise was gone when I road tested your truck, so I assumed it was fixed, and it's been a week since you picked the vehicle up. If something is still wrong, I'd like to arrange a time where we can road test it together, so I can see exactly what you're experiencing.
