Eric said the price they quoted him over the phone was different from the price they charged him when he went in. They told him over the phone that his smog check would be $49 and when he got there they told him it would cost $79 or $99. He said he didn't want to deal with taking his motor home in unless it was for a good deal. He said at first they didn't want to honor the price they quoted on the phone and they argued with him, but eventually they gave him the lower price.
