Cheated - Accidentally?
I went in for an oil change and smog cert. Two days before, I had lost my gas cap and replaced it. An engine light came on while it was missing. The service tech said he couldn't do the smog check until the light cleared (which it has). I had planned to return for the service. After leaving, I reviewed my bill since I hadn't had my glasses with me. They charged me $53 for the smog test! It was never done. Ruins the sense of trust I had.
