Callous Treatment
Front office personnel was abrupt and made no attempt to offer details about service recommendations. Further charges on one service were "picked up" by the computer when I elected only one of three suggested repairs. No attempt was made to engage me as a person. The promised call to me when the vehicle was ready was not made.
