Dragan said he brought the vehicle in to have the bearings rotated and when the business was working on the vehicle they broke his sensor. He brought the vehicle back and they charged him for the new sensor. He said he feels he should not have had to pay for the part since they were the ones who broke it. He would not recommend this business because it was a classic robbery.

We at Dale's pride ourselves on being honest and would like to respond to this rating. We replaced a hub bearing on the left front of Dragan's Nissan Quest and in doing do you must remove the abs wheel speed sensor, it is the only way. During this process or disturbance of the sensor the sensor failed. We did not break it. It was more than likely due to rust, however, Dragan never voiced his objection to us. We are always willing to work with the customer, but we cannot do so if we do not know about it. We only charged him the cost of the sensor no labor no mark-up. It would have been the same had we estimated the sensor in the original estimate. We are not here to "rob" people, and encourage our customers to inquire if they are not comfortable about something. We cannot deal with a problem if we are not made aware it or given the chance to do so.
