Terri said this business changed her oil and installed a battery that she had brought in. They charged her $153 for the work and she did not think it should have cost that much. They had previously repaired her other vehicle and it broke down three days later. They charged her for towing the vehicle, even though it had the same problem they had repaired. She said she would not recommend this business to others based on this experience. She will not be returning to this business.

Normally We do not try to make excuses when we respond to negative ratings, but in this case I believe we need to set the record straight. We did not charge Mrs. Buchanan $153, it was only $139, and we also got her flooded vehicle started before determining it needed a battery and oil change. We kept her car here for 2 weeks while waiting for her to figure out how to warranty the battery she had recently bought somewhere else. We changed the oil at the price she normally paid-we matched it, we started her flooded vehicle, and removed & installed her battery. We also diagnosed and disconnected the power seat that was draining down the battery in the first place.

As for the other vehicle that had a very intermittent no start problem, I told Terri several times to bring it back and if it was not right we needed to make it right! We never saw the vehicle again.
