Lauren said she had the business look at her vehicle and told them to call her for a quote before they worked on her vehicle. She decided not to get work done because it would cost too much. She was unaware that the business was going to charge her for the diagnostic test because the business did not tell her they were going to charge her. She would not recommend them due to this experience.
