We have had some odd problems creep up with our 02 S60, Dales has done a Great Job of resolving them. They are very accommodating and timely each we have been in. Very approachable and a true concern for each customer. Only negative about our last visit was several dirty hand prints on the seats and door. They were able to be wiped off without a problem.
