Multi-point inspection I fo
It would have been a 5, however on the multi point inspection there was no indication of status of brakes. Since the brakes were cleaned and new fluid, a brake measurement would have helped me plan for pad replacement. Consequently, after 30k I have no idea as to how much pad is left.

Best Dealership
I have gone to other dealerships for my service that were closer to my job and my new address and I always come back to Danbury. They get your work done well and take care of the car. A little pricier than some places but firnall the work I have done, my local auto shops are giving me the same quotes.

Waited two months for engine replacement
I waited two months for engine replacement (70% Hyundai paid which was great). The car didn't make it 25 miles and it broke down with DX error code related to transmission shifting. Now the car is waiting until tomorrow (again)
