How to make an error correct
When I scheduled my appointment by phone I was told that it was a long repair and would have a loaner available and the price would be approximately $500.
When I arrived on the 14th the gentleman that I checked in with said there was no loaner car scheduled for me and instructed me to go to the woman at the window where I usually finish up.
Thank goodness for her I said can you check on the person that's I scheduled the appointment with she told me it was going to be a long appointment and approximately $500.
She informed me it was just for an oil change that my previous appointment was the big one. I said to her no wonder why he looked at me crazy when I said I should have a loaner car. Kudos to the woman. She took care of everything and I was out of there in an hour and able to make my 9:30 appointment.

Excellent service
Didn't need anything done -- just an oil change, but loved being met and having my car taken rather than having to drive around the parking lot trying to find a space. Enjoyed the friendly quick checkin, as well as internet access and coffee in the waiting room (Even snuck out to the showroom for a bag of popcorn.) Got my car back in a timely fashion and it was parked waiting for me heading out toward the exit. Taking a car for service isn't anyone's favorite thing to do, but this was as pleasant as it could possibly be.
