Above and Beyond
While waiting for my appointment, a (non-Hyundai) service truck in the lot caused some scratches on my rear bumper. I was upset, and the service manager volunteered to have my scratches repaired free of charge while they completed the other work. They also did all of my repairs while I was at work and shuttled me to and from work so that I would not have to wait at the dealership.
