Made it Right
Darryl's team analyzed the leaking problem and resolved: an oil drain plug gasket issue. Very surprised at how personal the owner takes his team's work. You would never find this concern for customer's satisfaction at a chain place!

Always dripping oil after an oil change
Every time they change my oil there is a puddle of oil in my driveway when I get home. Was charged for an extra quart of oil on my last visit, when the previous visit did not. Maybe that's because they couldn't hit the oil filler tube and dumped it all over the engine to then drip on my driveway.
