I came in to have an oil leak fixed. I was charged for a diognostic $95 . I was told it would be done in about 1 and a 1/2 hrs . 3 hrs later I was called and told I would need to pay another $167 for a steam clean and to put in a $2 pcv valve (which took me literally 30 seconds to put in) ...so they wanted to charge me close to $300 before they could start actually fixing what I came in for? I had them stop efore they did the work. I came in and they charged me $47 saying sorry for the confusion But had to charge something because they did the full hour diagnosis (which I never received ) what I actually got after 3 hrs was a note that said "the car leaks oil and made a huge mess everywhere" ..I knew that already.. I paid 47.00 to have 3 hrs of my time waisted.. never going there again.
