Love new checkin and waiting area. Jessica was very accommodating, contacting USAA for chip in window plus explaining all that should be done and a few things that still need to bee done which I will have you do in th pe next couple of weeks. Was slightly disappointed when driving home when I noticed several streaks down the windshield. Probably occurred when fixing damage to windshield. Wipers got rid of most of the marks. Anyway, great service.
