"Recall service was excellent"
I was notified by Hyundai that my Sonata was under recall to be inspected for a machining error that could result in the engine failing during a drive. I brought the vehicle in to Kunes Hyundai in Quincy for the required inspection. Mark and his team inspected my vehicle in short time and notified me that my engine had failed the test and the entire engine would be replaced by Hyundai. In addition, Kunes contacted Enterprise and drove me to the rental car company to get set up with a rental car to drive during the time that my vehicle was in their custody. I drove a rental car for one month until my new engine was shipped, delivered and installed. The only complaint I have for Hyundai is that it took so long to get my new engine to Quincy. But Kunes Hyundai did an amazing job keeping me going while they waited for Hyundai. Hyundai was great for taking care of the problem and taking care of me during this process. All of this was at no cost to me - the new engine and the rental car. I will be a Hyundai customer for life.

The service Department and the mechanics were Awesome . There Price is within couple dollars of Big Time Retailer all over country . They certainly don't have the computer to hook up Hyundai to get the check up .
