"Great Customer Service"
I aleays get great custimer service and I usually make an appointment. They always get it done in the time theybadvised me. I also like that they will Lyft me to and from the shop to pick up my car. This is a great feature.

"Great service "
When I had to get my check engine light looked at I took it to desert car care. They were very thorough about the diagnostic of my car and gave me a very detailed evaluation of what was wrong and what needed to be done and what I could hold off doing. The communication from this shop is the best and Susie was the best, she even opened the shop earlier to get me in and out. Thanks again I will definitely be back.

"Check engine light on."
Brought car in due to check engine light on they found the problem. I dropped off car on Thursday after work so they can work the next day and they had it done by 2:30 Friday. They credited diagnostic fee from the bill even when I brought it in for the repair a year later. Great job and nice people to do business with. Thanks

"Accommodating & efficient "
I took my car in for an axal repair and they were able to complete it the same day. They even called an Uber for me to send me home and pick me up.

"820.00 Rear Breaks on 05 Chevy Silverado, about 400 over the industry standard"
I have been taking my vehicle to this shop for a few years, and have noticed a consistent theme the last few months, which is overcharge your female customers. while i was out of town my wife was charged 820 dollars for rear break drums and shoes for a 05 chevy Silverado. Parts for this job cost about 130 at your local parts store, and the labor should be about 1.5 hours, so not sure where this crazy price came from. I called five shops in my area and this same type of service ran anywhere from 430 to 550, so once again I am perplexed on the 820 price I was charged!! The only reason I am going back to this shop is to argue this bill.
