I've been to Dibacco's a few times now with two different vehicles. My experience until now has been positive, but now my confidence is wavering. This time I went because my brakes were squeaking when applied. They told me the rear brake pads and drums were worn all the way and needed to be replaced. There was also a wheel bearing that needed replacement and the car needed an oil change. Over $800 later the brakes were still squeaking. I brought the car back the next day and they found that the front brakes were also down to almost nothing and needed replacing as well. Due to the inconvenience and them missing the front brakes I was not charged for my second visit and the front brakes which was good on their part. BUT, it really makes me question how thorough they are. When I say my brakes are squeaking, shouldn't you look at all the brakes? Not sure if I will be going back.
