Best dealer service around
Very happy with this dealership's service department. They treat you right from the moment you walk in the door. The vehicle is always ready when they say it will be. I get the same person every time I bring it in. She knows how I prefer things to be done. If I am getting a package deal done, she allows me to choose to eliminate certain parts and can tell me what each individual repair costs. They provided a shutle to take me home and offered to pick me up as well. Their prices are reasonable.

Eager to Resolve
I am fairly new to Hyundai and this dealership. I went in because my tire laminate was peeling. It was a very easy process to get a new wheel. My husband was not completely happy with the alignment, but they were able to resolve this issue as well. Thanks Brittany and Jason!

Double Check your Alignment before leaving
Appointment and check in were easy. The car repair was longer than expected, so you may not want to wait there. Ask about a courtesy van. After getting home, my husband noticed that the steering wheel is now crooked if you want to drive straight. We called twice the next day to rectify the problem, but no one called us back. This was disappointing and surprising. Not sure how important customer service really is to them.
