"My 2007 Mercedes- What would I do with out Fred and Linda."
I been coming to Dileo for over 20 years and all the cars we had Fred had taken very excellent care of all of our vehicle. He just did excellent work on the Mercedes and now he working on our 1996 Acura. Fred and Linda are the best and I tell that to anyone I talk too. You got a problem with your car go to Dileo's. "Vehicle came out more Damaged than went in"
Been going here for many years. Always great work but this time my vehicle came back to me with minor body damage that did not exist before. Seems the technician used a basic manual jack to do the work and left a dent where the arm of the jack extends out to hit the corner panel. Additionally, part of the nerf (step) rail was broken off due to further negligence with the jack. The best part is none of the technicians informed me of the damage when I checked out to pay the bill. They just left it there across the street without any communication or notice of the damage.

Past technicians were much more open and customer friendly. I suspect it's hard to keep good people.
Might have to look elsewhere next time.

"Super fast, super reasonable "
Took my truck in because there was a braking problem. Emergency drop off. No appointment. Figured I'd also get an oil change and inspection while there. Fred had the truck fixed and ready by 2 pm the next day! Wow...
