FAMILY OWNED CUSTOMER ORIENTED SERVICE
I HAVE USED DISCOUNT BRAKE FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THE MOST RECENT TIME THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND................... WHILE HEADED HOME ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON MY CAR DEVELOPED ISSUES, I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE BACK TO DISCOUNT AT A TOP SPEED OF 20 MPH. I ARRIVED AT APPROMATLEY 4:40PM & MET WITH RITA. I ADVISED HER OF MY ISSUE AND SHE IMMEDIATELY HAD BRANDON DIAGNOSIS THE PROBLEM. AT 5PM BRANDON HAD DIAGNOSED THE ISSUE AND STATED THAT IT WOULD TAKE REPLACEMENTS PARTS. RITA CALLED AND HAD PARTS ON THE WAY, THEY ARRIVED BY 5:15PM! RITA AND BRANDON BOTH STAYED UNTIL 6:30PM TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE!!!! I CAN'T PRAISE THEM ENOUGH FOR STAYING LATE ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON TO GET ME BACK ON THE ROAD. MOST PLACES WOULD HAVE TOLD ME THEY WERE CLOSING AT 5PM AND THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO UNTIL MONDAY. THE FOLLOWING MONDAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM RITA FOLLOWING UP ON HOW THE CAR WAS PERFORMING.... !!! CHRIS AND EVERETT HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY CUSTOMER ORIENTED AND IN JUST ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF COUSTOMER SERVICE RITA AND BRANDON HAVE RISEN ABOVE THE REST.
