Friendly, Knowlegable staff!
The type of costumer service tou just don't see anymore. These guys are super. I walked in there not having a clue what was wrong with my Suburban. Myom and I had broken down just down the street. Jeff immediatly helped me by figuring out the problem. He refused to replace anything until je knew for sure it was necessary. He did not talk to me like a dumb female like most shops do. He explained things to me so that I had a clear understanding. They were able to fix my truck the same day and did not drain my bamk account. I have since taken it back to them to have cat replaced and a week later it was determined the new one was no good. They replaced it again in one day at no charge to me. I will be a loyal customer for a very long time. This is what an auto shop is supposed to be like.
