A great neighbor
Doc Ables placed an ad in my church’s annual report and I wanted to return the favor of being a good neighbor. So I scheduled a routine oil change online. Email response was super fast. Brought my car in the next day (today) and was greeted warmly by the guy at the desk (Pete?). Oh. If you want to know about the car skip ahead because I’m still on the neighborliness if the place. He asked if I wanted to wait - mentioned it wouldn’t take long. But I said no that I was going to go walk my dog. 45 Minutes later had a voicemail that the car was ready. When I arrived I was asked if I’d had a good walk. I mean who just chats with people anymore? Doc Ables. That’s who.

Then I saw the bill. I paid it and left thinking, really? That’s all? Amazing service. Great price.

And my cars tires were rotated and the oil changed. I can’t soeak to the quality of the work because what I know about cars is limited to what is written in the manual - and yes, I brought it in with me and Pete didn’t act like that was odd at all. (Even I think it was odd).

My Prius C (a/k/a Minnie Pearl) will be back. Thanks so much.
