New tires
Called Pete to ask him to replace the tires on my wife's car in an emergency situation. One tire had a bulge in the sidewall and I was out of town. Pete talked to me about options ovelr the phone and we settled everything. He got the tires and had the car back to my wife the next afternoon. Great personal service.
