Spoke with Stacy. She said this business took 5 days longer than promised to repair her vehicle. They did not give her a reason for the delay. Her representative said it would depend on other departments. He also used words she did not understand. She was supposed to pick her vehicle up on Wednesday, but no one called. She was told the insurance company's estimate was very high. However, the insurance company was actually closer to the actual cost than her representative's estimate. He also had a lack of communication.
