Jeff said his vehicle was lost at first and someone drove his vehicle without his permission. He said they performed some repairs that he did not authorize. He said they did some repairs on the door of his vehicle. The vehicle was ready 6 days late and he does not know the reason for the delay. He said he called after they had the vehicle for 8 days to see what was happening. He said the personnel he dealt with were businesslike and courteous, but the customer service was lacking. He wouldn't recommend this business for the above reasons.
