Kimberly said that she would rate her overall experience with the business a 2.5 because it took them 2 months to fix her vehicle. She is not satisfied with the quality of the repair because her vehicle is not fixed completely, it is still making a rattling sound and the driver's side door will not close all the way. She said the business did not give her a reason why the vehicle was late. For these reasons, she was not satisfied with the business's communication.

Todd spoke to Kim. We will pick up vehical from our service dept on 4/14/2011 . We were unable to correct rattle in trunk due to personal itoms in trunk. Kim is moving. The jack is rattling in the rt quarter i was unable to find all the parts with the trunk full.When itoms are removed she will call me and i will install jack and then be able to road test for a rattle. . I also whent over delays in parts with her causing longer repair time and enterprise bill to shop of 400.00. Thanks Todd
