William said the process took much longer than the business originally promised. They had the vehicle for 8 to 12 weeks. The process kept getting dragged out longer and longer. The estimator did not see that the engine was cracked and that held up the repairs. They sent the vehicle to a third party Honda business to work on the cracked engine. There are still issues with the vehicle and when he finds the time to bring the vehicle back he will schedule an appointment. He would not recommend this business based on this experience.
