Pavithra said the repair was good. The staff advised her it would be 4 days, but it took 3 weeks for the staff to complete the work. Pavithra stated she had to keep initiating the phone calls to obtain updated information. Also, the third-party insurance carrier handled the claim. As a result, the business provided more updated information with the insurance carrier than her. She did not receive any paper work from the business. The paper work she did receive, she received it from the insurance carrier. She gave the paper work to the business.
