John said his experience with this business was pretty good, but he would have liked a little more contact letting him know when his vehicle would be ready. They initially told him it would take a few days, but they didn't contact him until the day it was ready. He wasn't promised an exact time when he would get his vehicle back, therefore he wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process, and because of the above he wasn't satisfied with this business's communication. They did a fine job regarding the quality of the repair.
