Jerad said this business does not communicate and follow-up very well. He had 2 estimates done and they repaired the wrong one. The vehicle ended up being 3 days later than promised, but they made it up to him by not charging him for the first repair. He called a lot more than they did and had to keep reminding them what he was there for and who he was working with. He was passed off to a lot of people.
