Customer wants to remain anonymous. She said other than the good quality of repair, she was not happy with this business. Her vehicle was towed to this facility on a Monday. She decided to walk into this business on Thursday since none of her phone calls were returned since then. She said it took about an hour before an employee found out that her vehicle was just sitting there, waiting for an estimate. When the estimate was shown to her the next day, nothing was explained to her. She was upset that she had to be responsible dealing with the insurance company herself, instead of this facility. She complained to her insurance company about this business' customer service and lack of communication during the repair process. The only way she found out her vehicle was ready was from her insurance company, informing her that they would not pay her rental any longer since her vehicle was fixed. Due to this experience she would not recommend this facility to others.
