Spoke with Jason. He said they didn't fix the suspension. They are acting like they don't know what is wrong with it. He stated that this business usually does a good job.

We advised Ins on needed repairs on control light proplem. We advised Ins co that the parts needed are ride level compressor and front shocks .Ins co would only ok replacement of ride level compressor because damage was in rear of vehicel. Advised customer he said Don massey service dept repaired the ride controll problem previously. Collision center then put customer in rental car. We looked at service records and found that customer did have service look at problem on 07/23/10 and was advised of needed repairs of level ride compressor and shocks. Customer did not have repairs done . We advised customer what we found and customer stated he had repairs done at pep boys. We advised customer that Ins would not pay for front shocks and there was no warranty from service because the did not do repairs. Customer then picked up his vehicel. Collision center took care of rental bill 350.00 during this. DonMassey Collision
