Michael said he had no communication from this business from the time he dropped the vehicle off to when he picked it up. When he picked up the vehicle there were three or four unspecified things still wrong with the vehicle to the point where he has to return to have it fixed correctly. The vehicle does not have a complete color match and there is overspray on it. He stated there was never a promised time the vehicle would be ready nor was the estimate done by this business. He stated that he was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. He called Kenny in the service department three times to let him know the vehicle was at the business and he had questions regarding the quality of this particular facility because Kenny is the only contact he had because he has his service done at the affiliated service department. He left two messages with no return phone call from Kenny. For these reasons he would not recommend this business to others. Lastly, he stated that when he started driving the vehicle, it shifts very hard from reverse to drive and when it gets to about 40 miles per hour, it shimmies.
