Spoke with Karen. She said everything went well. The vehicle was two weeks late because of issues with the parts. She said it wasn't their fault, they had to order a lot of parts. Her vehicle was badly damaged. Her rental coverage expired, but the business picked up a whole week worth of rental costs. She said she thought it was nice because she could not afford the additional rental costs. She hasn't driven the vehicle yet, but it vehicle looks good. She said her husband primarily handled the experience, but the representative she spoke with was very nice.
